SIGNING TRACKER: Wander Santana adds power and speed

KITCHENER - The Panthers have added to its outfield depth with the signing of Wander Santana.

He spent many years playing local baseball in his native Dominican Republic.

He has been in Canada for some time, and has been looking for an opportunity to play.

"Wander's power and speed combo, along with his team-first mentality, makes him a natural fit on our roster," said general manager Shanif Hirani.

"He will be another electric addition to our lineup."
