Upcoming Aug 18th Food Drive and Aug 21st Kitchener Rangers Day to Conclude Regular Season

The Kitchener Panthers will face the Toronto Maple Leafs, Hamilton Cardinals and Guelph Royals in the final weekend of regular season action in the IBL. Currently sitting in sixth place with a three game lead over the Hamilton Cardinals, the Panthers can clinch the sixth with either a victory or a Hamilton loss. Having two of the final three games at home should help the Panthers in their bid to secure sixth.

Game one of the final three game stretch will be played at Jack Couch Park on Thursday, August 18th versus the Toronto Maple Leafs. First pitch is scheduled for 7:30. The Panthers are encouraging all fans to bring a non perishable food donation, or monetary donation, to help support the Food Bank of Waterloo Region as we work together to strikeout hunger in the region!

After travelling to Hamilton for a Friday night matchup, the Panthers will return home on Sunday the 21st for the conclusion of the regular season. First pitch is scheduled for 2:00 PM versus the Guelph Royals at Jack Couch Park. We have a special promotion in store for the fans as this is our “Kitchener Rangers Day”. Rangers players will be on hand to take batting practice, throw out the ceremonial opening pitch and to meet and greet/ sign autographs for fans. There will also be a raffle with prizes including Rangers home opener tickets and Panthers Playoff tickets.

Support a great cause by donating to the Food Bank of Waterloo Region this Thursday the 18th and don’t miss out on our special Rangers Day on Sunday the 21st!

Cheer on your Panthers as they look to enter into next week’s playoffs on a high note! Tickets can be purchased under the tickets tab on kitchenerpanthers.com
